I thought the ending was sad and kind ending because toards the end they say that Leslie died and it was because of the rope she was swinging on it broke off and she fell and hit her head. Then Jess got wood and build a bridge across the water that flows across Teribithia. When May belle came Jess allowed her to be the new queen, so that really is sad and kind and caring.

The ending was sad because leslie died falling off the rope going to terabithia. Then Jess and May Belle built a bridge so0 it wouldn't happen again.
