I choose Ellen and she's a very brave person.She had to lie to Nazi soldiers about who she is.I'm very bad at lying, and I'm not brave like she is.You would have to be brave to lie to someone who could kill you if they found out you were lying.
I would choose Lise, Annemarie's dead sister, because she is very brave to take the risk of being killed by nazi's. She was in the war fighing to help keep jews alive. Lise was willing to sacrifce her life to keep her country of Denmark safe. I think that it takes much courage to do that because I probably won't go to war ever in my life.
Annemarie is also very brave.The soldiers could have killed her too.When she had to bring the packet to her Uncle Henrik on his boat.The soldiers stopped her in the woods.She shouldn't have told them she was alone though because they could have kidnapped and killed her.
I choose Kirsty she is a brave little girl. When the Nazi soilders were talking to her and one of them touched her hair, and she shoved them. i wouldnt do that i will be to frighted and scare not knowing what they will do to me.
