I think jess is the main character. He is loving and caring. He treats his friends the way he wants to be treated. Suprisingly he is kinda nice to his sister May-Belle. He is heart broken when he hears about his closest friend dying.Jess will not stop until he finds the evidence in which leads to leslies death.
I pick Jess because his trait is Carring. When he figures out that his best freind dies. He does everything in his might not to belive it, and on christmas day he gets her a dog. Jess will always miss Leslie but he did a good deed he make sure that Terabithia must go on allowing his younger sister to be princess of Terbithia.
she important because she found & named terabithia. she also talked about the gaint killers in the middle of the book.and she out ran all the boy on the first day school.she also made the book sad because she made people think she was dead but hit her head on a rock in the water.in the movie she did not get turned to ashes but in the book she did.also when jess found the dog he gave it to her and she named the dog too.with this book there is many important people. and leslie is very impotant to the book .like if she was not in the book there would not be a terabithia at all.that is very important to this book or the book would be very different&that is she supper improtant to this book.
